Tim Campbell - Senior People Management and Development Consultant
Dr. Tim Campbell has many years experience as both a senior manager and a management training practitioner. He completed his MBA and PhD in the U.K. and is a people management and development specialist. He is the co-author of one of Europe’s biggest selling organizational behavior books and has taught in more than a dozen countries. Tim has an engaging and interactive training style that has profited numerous individuals and their organizations.
Debbie Dryburgh-Language Development Consultant
Debbie has lived in the UAE since 1994 and has been working in the education field for the last eight years. Prior to that, she was managing a branch for an engineering company which involved staff management, customer service, sales and staff training. For the last year she has been working in the business communication unit of a bank, training Emirati recruits.
Eirlys Gwynne-Language Development Consultant
Eirlys has worked in the English language field teaching business, academic and general English in Germany , New Zealand and UAE for more than 15 years. She came to Dubai in 1999 to work full time for Higher Colleges of Technology where her work involved preparing Emirati students for the workplace. She is also a Regional Team Leader for the Cambridge Examination Authority Board.

He has a superior record of delivering simultaneous large-scale mission critical projects on time utilising team based management style and excellent interpersonal skills. He specialises in the area of Human Resource Management, Organisational Behaviour, Team Building, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, and Change Management.

He has held seven senior positions and trained in Canada, the U.S, Lebanon, KSA, and the UAE.
Anne Sylvie Knoertzer
Anne-Sylvie Knoertzer’s career spans over twenty-five years and four continents, from her start as an auditor in Singapore, to controller’s positions in French and American companies, research in South Africa, and now teaching and consulting assignments in the Middle-East and Europe. Anne’s interest in finance and management accounting feeds on real-life corporate issues: How can functional and operational entities pull together to implement strategy? How can performance be measured and improved in project-based environments? How can management accountants analyse and synthesize data so that “numbers” contribute to competitiveness?

Anne-Sylvie Knoertzer is an EMLyon graduate and holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. She has particular empathy for students, as three of her four children are currently studying law or management at university level. She is based in Dubai and travels to Europe monthly to visit corporate clients.
Jennifer Tabet-HR consultant
Jennifer Tabet is currently an independent consultant in the field of Human Resource Management as well as a part-time lecturer. Prior to this, she held several managerial positions, the last of which was at Merck & Co., a leading US Pharmaceutical company. She started at their headquarters in the US in 2001 and was later appointed Regional HR Manager at their Middle East subsidiary.

Jennifer holds a Master of Industrial and Labor Relations degree in HRM and Organizational Behavior from Cornell University and a Master of Arts degree in International Affairs from Georgetown University. As part of her graduate work, she was involved in a number of consulting assignments with fortune 500 companies.
Salim Timani-Marketing Consultant
Mr.Timani graduated with an MBA in International Marketing from Oklahoma City University with high honours (top 1%). He has accumulated vast international working experience at senior managerial level spanning 15 year, mainly in the US, Europe and Lebanon (Hoechst, Dunlop, Goodyear, British Petroleum, KIA Motors). Mr Timani currently works as a full time Distance Learning Tutor for Stafford Associates and the University of Leicester, based in Beirut.

Mr.Riewer has 10 years experience in training Middle-East based managers in the subjects of Strategic Analysis and Decision Making. He holds an MSc in Economics from France and an MBA from the United States. Prior to becoming a trainer, he pursued a career in the corporate world, working for L’Oreal in New Zealand and Peugeot in Germany. Katty Marmenout
Before pursuing her PhD degree, she worked for several years in variety of industries and roles related to business administration and human resources. After the completion of her MBA she moved into a human capital consulting role. In her capacity of HR consultant with KPMG as well as in her role of HC consultant with CGEY, she was responsible for the design and delivery of trainings related to the project she was involved with. She was delivering train-the-trainer sessions, time management and general induction trainings within KPMG and CGEY.
