English Language

What language tasks does your company want specific staff or specific groups of staff to be able to perform?

In order to help you determine your specific course requirements our language specialists will review the language use across the company or selected department.

We will then analyse the company’s needs and expectations, your staff’s current level of English and identify the improvements necessary to allow them to function effectively in various key workplace situations. This will be done through interviews and questionnaires and will enable us to produce a language profile for each member of staff.

The information from the needs analysis will then be used to define your programme goals and design a course to help your company reach its HR development objectives.
